If you are a 401k plan sponsor and/or administrator, you have the right to expect a high standard of care from your 401k service providers. The checklist below will help you determine if your current service providers are fulfilling the expectations you have of them.

In order for IFA to provide additional information to your 401(k) plan, please answer the following questions:

14Will you provide risk based portfolios of solely passively managed, low cost, diversified mutual funds?
15Has your organization ever been sued for the services you propose to provide, whether the suit resolved out of court or not?
