Kerrie has over 30 years of experience in financial services where she has held leadership positions with the most respected names in the financial services industry such as State Street, Bank of New York Mellon, American Century, and Wells Fargo. Additionally, Kerrie provides investment solutions and investment policy statements for retirement plan sponsors and fiduciaries of all types including those who serve the special needs community. Ms. Lloyd has also worked with government investment pools, where she was a registered lobbyist with the State of California.
Ms. Lloyd is the author of Planning the Future for A Special Needs Child and the founder of Integrative Solution Services LLC, where she provides consulting and collaboration tools to the special needs community. Kerrie is also a Doctor of Natural Health, NhD, from Clayton College of Natural Health. She earned her certification in Pivotal Response Therapy for Autism through the Koegel Autism Center at UC Santa Barbara (now at Stanford University). Ms. Lloyd is also a Self Determination Independent Facilitator through completing the California State Council of Developmental Disabilities (www.scdd.ca.gov) webinar series.
Kerrie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance from California State University Fullerton, where she joined the National Financial Management Honors Society. Kerrie also earned her Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC®)* designation in 2020 through The American College for Financial Services, a fully accredited institution by the Middle States Commission of Higher Education.
Kerrie previously served on a regional oversight board for the California State Council for Developmental Disabilities (appointed by the OC Board of Supervisors.) In addition, she is a Past President and Board Member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference. Kerrie continues to participate in industry conferences and symposiums throughout the United States, and she is often asked to speak or moderate sessions for attendees. She is a family fiduciary, and, in her spare time, she visits family in Hawaii, and enjoys performing arts, golfing, yoga, and music where she performs with the choir at Saint Edwards the Confessor Catholic Church.
*ChSNC® is a credential granted by the American College of Financial Services to individuals who have completed a course of study in special needs planning encompassing disability and lifetime planning, legal and financial issues for special needs families, and financial planning for caring for those with special needs. To maintain this designation, individuals must comply with The American College Code of Ethics and Procedures and are required to participate in the annual Professional Recertification Program
